In 2022, the founder of the brand, Pınar Erdoğan, established The Red Balloon brand in Yeniköy, Istanbul, envisioning a place where our guests would feel at home, hidden within a secret garden.
The most prominent influences in our so-called “new kitchen” come from the Mediterranean and Aegean regions. Our philosophy is to bring the most seasonal, freshest, and local ingredients to our guests.
